OnlyCharts provides automated technical-analysis information. Nothing on the website, in the application or in related materials is personalised investment advice, investment research, a recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, a price target or an instruction to buy, sell or hold any security.
Diagnosis, not a forecast.
The diagnosis and Health Score describe the evidence available on the selected timeframe. They do not state the probability of a future gain or loss.
Automated classifications.
Diagnoses, Health Scores, evidence readings, trend rails, momentum readings, relative-strength comparisons, volume states and structural levels are generated by rules applied to market data. Automated outputs can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular decision.
Forming candles can change.
A current daily, weekly or monthly candle may still be forming. Price, volume, indicators, levels, scores and diagnoses can change before the period closes. The application identifies developing candles where the available data supports that distinction.
Market data and calculations.
Third-party market data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, adjusted, stale, unavailable or inaccurate. Corporate actions, exchange conventions, illiquid trading and provider outages can affect the chart and calculations. OnlyCharts does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs.
Liquidity is separate from volume.
Displayed volume does not reveal the current spread, order-book depth, available size or the price at which a trade can actually be executed. UK small-cap and AIM securities can be highly illiquid and may gap beyond displayed support or stop levels.
Fundamental research remains necessary.
The X-Ray does not assess valuation, financial statements, cash flow, balance-sheet strength, management, governance, competitive position, regulatory announcements, dilution, catalysts or tax. Technical analysis is not a replacement for fundamental research.
No assessment of your circumstances.
OnlyCharts does not know your objectives, experience, financial position, risk tolerance, time horizon, portfolio, tax position or need for liquidity. A technically healthy chart may still be inappropriate for you.
Investment risk.
Share prices can fall as well as rise. Small-cap and AIM shares can be volatile and illiquid, and a total loss of capital is possible. Past performance and historical model relationships are not reliable indicators of future results.

You remain responsible for checking the ticker, date, timeframe, market data, company information and suitability of any decision. Use independent sources and, where appropriate, seek advice from an authorised professional.
